Production handling
Being the Check on Productivity and Efficiency on Industrial Systems more and more necessary, the execution of Production Management Systems helps in creating a detailed report and grants availability of a big amount of useful information about working of the systems for the ERP and SCCM Management applications .These systems can determine the actual productivity of the machines and check their suitability for production purposes. Such Systems, very often in "Client-Server" structure, represent proper "Front-End or Bridge" towards Shop-Floor Systems (typically with PLC or CN) and grant a better interaction with the management systems of the company.
The interfaces of the data layout, that can be made in Web-Html too, bring the users of the SW System to a high abstraction concerning the knowledge of systems and show only what they require by following already definite profiles, paying strong attention to KPI parameters such as Occupation, Efficiency, Productivity etc. The notification to the operators can be done on printed paper or by authomatical sending of E-mails and Sms.


Systems Maintenance
The most critical points on Industrial systems and on production processes, is linked to the correct handling of the alarms and events concerning the machines. Very often such information is not available for the operators of the maintenance department, so that the risks and the cases of interruptions during production can rise.

Through the development of dedicated SW applicative system, functional and irregular conditions can be filed in real time by the systems, checked with attention and handled according to anticipated and periodical Maintenance Programmes, that leads to a more correct handling of the machines in the company, conforming with the Quality Norms ISO 9000 and to the efficiency of the systems in terms of available hours for production.
